New England Patriots
Sure, the Tom Brady injury has shaken up the entire NFL (as my friend Steve says, “The miracle of the NFL in this decade has been the seven injury-free years of both Brady and Peyton Manning”), but let’s talk about something really important: Namely, your fantasy team. Commentary: The only folks out there with potentially more reason to cry...

I think you summed it up well in the Fan pulse section. If I had Tom Brady for fantasy I would try and pick up Cassel just in case. But as for more serious options you might have to try and work out a trade. The guy I would try to get ethier if he was a FA or via trade would be Tarvaris Jackson. I know, I know, I sound crazy but in my fantasy league he would have gotten 19 points where Carson Palmer got me 4 this weekend. He's going to get a TD or 2 a week just because of his threat of running, and of course with 8 men in the box going after AP. Might someone say he's like a poor mans Mike Vick, before the whole trial thing.

Brady being hurt is a huge hit to anyone who had him.

Without Brady that teams fantasy rank goes way down. Moss will drop in production same thing with Welker. And with the passing game down Maroney will have a tough time running with 8 guys stacked in the box.
