It was Christmas for KC yesterday. We gave the game yestareday. We should have won this game if not for bad execution and bad coaching:

- With 3-3 and field goal position Cable has to call a field goal and give us a 6-3 lead. Intead he chooses a 10 yard run by a 265 pound kicker, we lose the ball and KC leads us 3-10. Poor call and poor execution.

- JaMarcus missed many open receivers (receivers dropped some passes too: Lelie, Miller, McFadden,...) but one was key: overthrowing an open Curry in the end zone on forth down. poor execution: very alarming and poor accuracy.

- Gibril Wilson dropped an almost sure interception, few plays later, Larry Johnson scored the only offensive TD for KC.

We should have won this one.

well, i said earlier in the week that this game worried me cause we wouldn't be able to stop thigpen throwing to gonazalez, and we didn't....i was listening to a late night sports talk radio show and a caller questioned will russell be a decent QB in the NFL?.and the host a former scout said what i also being concerned about, he said that russell is young and immature, he wasn't a good college QB and didn't win the starting spot until late in camp of his junior year, yep thats right! only 1 year starting as a college QB, didn't have many big games. Also to be a great QB you have to eat/sleep and dedicate yourself to being a NFL QB and russell doesn't do that....so that leaves me to ponder the question, what do we do now? and what direction are we headed in?

what a devastating loss... the playcalling was ridiculous.. not much else to say..
