Oakland Raiders
There are still plenty of questions out there surrounding Oakland Raiders rookie running back Darren McFadden. Can he stay healthy? Can he be a full-time NFL running back? Is he a good enough blocker? Can he carry the Raider offense for four quarters? Well, there’s all of four weeks remaining in McFadden’s rookie season, and not many of those ...

correct AC, to me it looks like they use him more as a decoy, let the defense worry where he lines up and then give the ball to fargas, hell we all know what fargas can do so why don't the raiders just see what they have in mcfadden as a weapon, seems cable is now just concerned about trying to put up a W and not really seeing what he has in mcfadden......this week with a victory the raiders can tie the chargers for 2nd place, but after looking at the donks game i have a strong feeling this just might be the week and game that LT might bust out!....here's hoping he doesn't but the defense is gonna have to step iy up huuuuge!

The more I read A.C's articles, the more I believe he's a Raiders fan.

Anthony & myself often think alike & most here would agree i'm the greatest Raiders fan on the planet.

1st off, you can't say that Lane Kiffin was wrong in keeping Darren out of the starting lineup in the first couple games. Last year Justin had a great year, he signed a modest 1-year contract and during all the turmoil he acted like a real professional so it's Fargas who gets the start. Then after the Darren gets his chance he lights it up, but gets injured against the victory over the Chiefs and has been struggling all season and when he gets somewhat healthy Fargas rushes for over 100-yds again. Right now though I agree McFadden should be starting the rest of the season. It isn't like a healing knee he's nursing.

I also wanted to comment on a Raiders player the fans all have seem to forgot about.... it seems like ESPN is always carrying on about Bo Jackson and sure Bo was great, Bo won games---Yet stat for stat Napoleon Kaufman was a little dynamo and he was just as lightning quick as Bo Jackson. And yet, Napoleon never gets talked about in Raider Nation. His rookie cards aren't worth anything compared to Bo Jackson or Darren McFadden. Yet "Nip" is the Raiders 4th all-time leading rusher, he has the Raiders all-time most yards for a game, 225-yards that he single-handily beat the Denver Broncos. Kaufman didn't have the 90+ runs that Bo had, but Napoleon had runs of 75,77,80 & 83-yards over his career. Plus, in the six-seasons he played he averaged 4.9 yds per-carry. I feel the guy is the most unloved superstar Raider that has ever worn the black silk. Bo was great ya'll.... but c'mon where's the love for the minister of the backfield? In addition Bo played on a great Raiders team with Hall of Famers such as Howie Long, future HOF'er Tim Brown,Ronnie Lott, James Lofton, With a great line with Wiz & Mosebar,Montoya----whereas Napoleon played on a lot of crappy Raiders teams like we have today.

My point is you Raidery inside people out there making highlight films need to show a little love to #26 the forgotten Raider.
