Sports Xchange slamming Wilson for being a main offender in missed tackles. This move saves $4.9 million roster bonus due in March.

Wilson was due a $4.9 million roster bonus in March. He received an $8.4 million signing bonus last offseason and was second on the team with 129 tackles, but was considered one of the main offenders in a run defense that missed too many tackles."

This is called trimming the fat or should I say waste of money. Al pissed away his money last year with these high priced guys and now it'll take time to re-new contracts and draft the players he needs.
