Oakland Raiders
Apparently, we’re not the only ones puzzled about Javon Walker’s release/non-release. Despite reportage from the NFL Network itself to the effect that Walker was gone from the Oakland Raiders as early as last Monday, the wide receiver’s sticking around for now. (Hilariously, the “Silver & Black” page at SFGate.com on the story was headlined with “...

Adaptation ? We're looking for players to stop other teams players from playing.Have I got that right ? Isn't that saying we're playing not to lose, rather than we're playing to win ? That's a dangerous and negative attitude to have.

Any more news on Cooper? Can't find anything other than what was on the sites last night.

TJ to Seahawks is good news. At least keeps open the option (or at least more open than before) to draft Crabtree, if, maybe the OT the coaching staff targets is gone by pick 7.

Still no news about K. Barnes and K. Burnett. I think both are low profile FA 's that can help inmediately this team, both as starters. Barnes signing could give us more options in the draft.

I read the Raiders are interested in Orlando Pace too. He played 14 games in 2008 and ended the season healthy but I think he is too old, I prefer giving Mario Henderson a shot at LT, and signing (Barnes) or drafting (Andre Smith?)a RT that is easier than finding a quality LT.

---- Cooper is still lost. As time goes on the possibilities to find him and the other 2 alive are less. Hope the miracle is still possible ----
