Burgess is way to injury prone at this point besides DE is no position to play if your injured. Is there not an elite DE prospect in the draft that can go 7th overall? That is if Crabtree is not available. I strongly feel since we have a shut down corner he will only be very successful if the pressure is relentless and constant. Our offense needs alot more turnovers to evolve into a power house offense. Short yardage touch down will do wonders for our young QB. I would like to see 2 book end DE that can simply dominate the AFC west OT's.

You make a good point as usual AC,we've got 3 promising / full of potential DE's in Scott,Richardson and Gunheim.They need to step up next season because there's not much else.As Revenge says Burgess is injury prone and the wrong side of 30,and then there is Kelly........nuff said.
I know we need help on the O line,but we also need help on the D line.Don't be surprised if Al goes DE at #7.

Nothing to do with this article........can anyone tell me why Chris Johnsons' contract has not been confirmed ? There's nothing on the Raiders site.
