| Wow! Right on, AC! I like those numbers. They only make sense. If the Raiders make the personnel changes neccessary, they'll get closer to 11-5. This spring, my focus has been on fixing the D. So, I'll comment on your defensive numbers. I agree that 120 rushing yds. against would be a significant improvement. What I think could improve our rush D that much, would be adding a solid run-stuffing DT. I think sticking a truly great DT beside Tommy Kelly, would considerably improve his game. To improve even more, add a strong run-stuffer at DE. Is Jay Richardson considered good against the run? Or, is he just the best we have right now? Next, the 10 sack goal for a DE. I agree that Trevor Scott has shown he's got that potential. Nobody talks about his play against the run. Is he poor, average, above average, superior, or can we gage that, yet? If he can be "average" or better, he could gain a starting DE spot. That extra playing time, as a starter, might be just what he needs to meet the goal. If healthy, we know Derrick Burgess is very capable. Yet, I believe that the Raiders will try to trade him for a high draftpick. They may feel Scott could easily replace what Burgess gives them. If the Raiders are able to find a strong, 3-down DE, in the draft, they might produce a fearsome passrush from both ends. This what I'm hoping for. It's within the Raiders' reach, with a good draft. I'm focusing on reaching and exceding your defensive goals. To do this, the Raiders will most likely need to draft a star, at DE and DT! If Al trades down, in the "Sanchez Sweepstakes", he could grab a good player, at both spots, in Rounds 1 & 2. I hope Al & Tom are looking to do this. With an extra pick or two received, in rounds 1-3, Al could grab one of the better WRs, OTs, and safeties. Those would be my next priorities. I can only hope that Al makes good trades, and Tom makes the best picks, for the Silver & Black. Have Faith and Fun, Raider Nation! | ||

| I hope if we can't pick Michael Crabtree with pick 7, we trade down and still take OT Michael Oher. I think Oher has less ''bust potential'' than Andre Smith. | ||
