Glad someone finally says it. There is obviously something that clicked during their workouts that made Cable and Ol Al realy like them both. And personaly after seing the tapes on Mitchel I hope he can give Huff a lesson or two on how to be physical and Hit. Mitchell looked like he was knocking out fillings, but hes in the pros now so lets see what they are made of. And for those people who are Raider fans and they didnt see it coming well then here it is 4.30 +38.5vert / al davis= Oakland raiders.

Good call Brad. Let's wait and see. I am rooting that the top picks make the pundits eat the proverbial crow. Also, like I posted the other day, teams will be letting other prospects go. Sure they will be the "castoffs", but hey wasn't Old number 77 or number 16 a castoff. What about Howie, what round did he come to us in? Let's just give them a chance. I would rather have someone busting the butt trying to make the pundits prove wrong, rather than have someone feel as though they deserve to be there.

---"Like it or not, each player was selected and will now wear the silver and black in Oakland. All the Raiders (and their fans) can do is hope things go well."---

Absolutely, but isnt that the essence of the raiders, all we can do, year in year out, is hope, hope and hope... where other franchises KNOWS and EXPECTS...

All this HOPE, and no fulfillment...
