This year's team is full of potential.If the new coaching staff can motivate this young team then anything is possible.With a good pre-season,no injuries and a weak AFC West.........play-offs ? Why not?

Sounds good to me... Let's see it on the field now... Just a couple years ago we hadn't even won a divisional Game... Now we've beaten both Kc and Denver and I believe the Raiders are better than both of those teams....The Raiders have to beat San Diego to be for real... Good time this year to start being " for Real"...
