Oakland Raiders
The first game of the Raider's preseason is in the books with a final score of 31-10. Going into the game, the Raiders had a laundry list of questions that they needed to start answering, but none more important than "How had the Raiders improved their run defense under Marshall?" Yes,it's only one game and yes,it's pre-season but it's good to see some football.Due to being stupid I thought the game was tonight rather than last night,so I could only watch the highlights on nfl.com.

Picking up on what Jon has said,it looked to me that we're lacking depth at corner. If Rankin continues to shine I'd consider trading Fargas.Early days though........

Thanks for the article Jon,and have a great weekend everyone.

Every year is a Great Year to be a Raider Fan, just some are better than others! Look at it this way, what kind of life would you have had being a 9er fan?

Now not to be overly optimistic, the Raiders looked like a team. The unity within the organization has risen to pre-2003 levels. From star to backup, it was just nice to see them pulling together.

On the Sirius radio, Papa said, "Our 1's beat there 1's, and our 2's beat there 2's, and our 3's beat there 3's. I think our 1's held there own, and showed some fantastic potential. McFadden looked good, Bush continued to move forward with tacklers hanging on, the cat's out of the bag for Fantasy Owners on Schilens, he looked like he's been working out.

I'm hoping the score is exactly the same on Thanks Giving Day!!!

Yes svduran1 ... It's always great to be a Raider fan - the greatest fanbase in the world, but it's more fun to walk out of the stadium cheering the victory than complaining over a loss. Bring on the Chargers!!
