Russel may as well start as he is the future of the Raiders like it or not.
So...how about pounding the rock repeatedly and throw in the odd playaction pass.
The personal is better suited to running rather than passing so call plays more in line with your personal.
For the love of god wake up and hire a competant play collar and let the cable guy go back to cheer leading.
Beg Chuckie to come back next year and draft five offensive linemen.
ps: play the high priced wr who actually can catch as opposed to the track stars learning how to catch.
