I couldn't agree more with the assessment of the Rammies season. This Sunday's game vs. the Seahawks is big, particularly if both Alexander and Hasselbeck aren't back in action; they need to take this one. Also, the 49ers are 11-defensive players and 4-offensive players away from making the playoffs...watch out!

The Rams are giving up 141 rushing yards a game. As the old saying goes, if you can't stop the run...you can't win, or something like that.

If the Rams lose and fall two behind Seattle they may need to file for a continuance. Set the trial date for New Years Eve vs Minnesota. The final verdict will be read at the end of that game, will the defendant make the playoffs? It depends how good of a summation they give at the Metrodome Superior Court.
