St. Louis Rams
The St. Louis Rams appeared to be players early in free agency, quickly addressing holes at defensive end and wide receiver, and then a funny thing happened. The Rams suddenly became Scrooge McDuck. The Rams have made some impact signings thus far, but only on offense. When one looks at the speedily aggressive defensive acquisitions by...

Why is everyone so negative when we are moving in the right direction? Perplexing ??!!!?!!! Not at all. Curtis wants to look and we needed to find a replacement. What did we do? Grab a better receiver. Sure I like Curtis but let's face it. It's been a long time since we've had a big target. And adding Minor and McMichael is a good fit. All we really need is another corner and, or safety. A linebacker, a true Nose tackle and a little depth. How many rounds are in the draft?.......and by the way there are still big names on the market for the d-line. I'd rather have a proven veteran than a rookie who don't pan out like the other three --- Lewis, Pickett and Kennedy

It does appear that the Rams will challege their rediculous offensive prowess of recent past but will probably have to as Gore, Alexander, and James will total a combined 900-1000 yards rushing in two games each next year. The Rams would do well to accept the authors advice.

re James comment, I don't think this article is being neg. I agree that the upgrades to the O are exciting but we were something like 6th overall in O and twentysomething in D and 31st in run D! We need so much on D and the fact that we are spending alot on the O is perplexing, not bad just strange.
