Baltimore Ravens
Baltimore Sun writer Mike Preston is speculating in his blog that Ravens cornerback Chris McAlister's benching in the team's Week 7 win over the Miami Dolphins was thanks to a conflict with coach John Harbaugh. Preston writes that McAlister has a "lethargic, 'I don't care' attitude," and that isn't sitting well with the first-year head coach....

I thought it was kinda weird that he was on the sidelines for that game. They were saying that he was banged up and getting old or something but I didn't buy it.

McAlister has been too much of a leader on that team to think his lack of playing time on Sunday won't have some sort of ripple effect. It's a young team on offense, but pretty veteran-heavy on defense. I'm curious how they're going to react.

Yeah should be interesting to see if sitting hurts their chances of winning again.
