One story-line that I never tire about reading is how college offensive tackles who do not shine in college sometimes find themselves and blossom in the NFL to become solid, contributing left tackles in the pros. This seems to happen most often in the offensive line, and I love these rags to riches stories. I hope that Gaither goes on to have a long and productive NFL career!
