Washington came to terms with its seventh-round pick, DE Rob Jackson, from Kansas State, the team announced. Length or terms weren't disclosed, but it's believed Jackson signed a standard rookie contract. His signing is the third of the 10 picks the Redskins made in April. What's the point. Hes never going to see any playing time. They need to worry about signing there high round picks like Fred Davis, Devin Thomas, and Malcolm Kelly.

Don't worry they're going to get everyone signed and yes Jackson will most likely never play, just serve as a special teamer or play a backup role.

They definitely will sign there higher guys, but whats the hold up. Why not get the all set and situated so they can be ready for training camp and not be worried about there contract situations.
