The Redskins signed second-round WR Malcolm Kelly to a four-year, $3.36 million deal Friday. Kelly is the first of three second-round picks the team had in April's draft. Nice to see that Kelly and Rinehart have been signed. Now to get the rest in and a fresh start to minicamp and on towards the season.

Kelly will be a good reciever someday. He will probably see a good amount of time this year to with not much depth at WR for the Redskins.
