Washington Redskins
Over the course of one training camp session, the Redskins lost defensive end Phillip Daniels to a knee injury and DE Alex Buzbee to an ankle injury. The Washington Post reports that Daniels was hurdling a teammate in a drill and landed awkwardly. An early MRI indicated there was damage to his anterior cruciate ligament, and his season is over.

Taylor is a SKIN! Just what we needed to solidify the defense! What an addition to the DL.

Obviously, the injuries forced the Skins' hand. Give some credit to Miami for getting a second rounder for a guy who had clearly gotten crossways with the GM. If Jason Taylor holds true to his "I want to be an actor" stance, it might be "one and done" in Washington. That would make him a pretty expensive acquistion. Right now, it looks like a gamble that Washington needed to take.

Yeah it was a good move by the Skins.
