If Redskins fans existed in the imaginary world of fantasy football, they probably would be scurrying to the waiver wire this week to scoop up New England quarterback Matt Cassell. Of course, in the real world of the National Football League, the Patriots had to turn to Cassell after losing superhero Tom Brady for the remainder of the season with...

I agree that patience is needed. Quick question; how many of you would list "patience" as one of Snyder's strongest character traits? Would a team bent on being patient spend a second round draft choice in trade for an aging, slightly undersized, speed-rushing DE?

That move was needed Big Tex. If Philip Daniels doesn't get hurt in practice they don't trade for Taylor. Look at their depth chart at DE and tell me who you would have started.
I won't argue about Synder being impatient but I think he's turning the page. He could have traded more picks away this offseason for big name guys (Chad Johnson and Anquan Boldin) but he didn't. He may have tried to and wanted to but he didn't. Also for the first time in forever they didn't go out and sign a big name except for Jason Taylor, as who I stated before was a need more than a new toy for Synder. The Redskins will be ok. Like the article said, everything was in the Giants favor that thursday night game. Give Campbell some time and some patience and I believe that Skins fans will be greatful for Campbell and for Zorn.
