the money the skins spent on some of these free agaents is unbelievable. Archuletta is decent, but not worth it. Andre Carter has been a flop and will continue to be a flop, and to think they spent something like 30 mill on this guy. A cap does exist, and the front office will soon discover that poor acquisitions like these will take their franchise nowhere
