| Many of these issues were raised during the pre-season and were glossed over by the Redskin apoplogists. Quick question, where are all those apologists now? We read statements about Gibbs being the "greatest of all time" as a HC. Does the greatest Head Coach of all time over see his team spend tens of millions of dollars on staff and players and then proceed to sink to a level close to that of the Lions and the Cards? What do you suppose Danny Snyder's blood pressure is these days? | ||

| I would like to know if the Skins are capable of leaving the team alone for more than 1 season? They need to stop trying to buy all of the talent across the leauge and try building some chemistry. I would have thought that they learned their lesson after all the talent they purchased a few years ago, its the Bruce Smith era as I call it. Looking at the superbowl winning teams in the recent past I believe that you have to have chemistry across the board and the Skins are constently making drastic changes. I feel for Brunell because the team picks up 2 high profile receivers and adds a high profile O coordinator in Al Saunders. I'm glad they made the change at QB, Jason is the future with the team, but if they continue to make drastic changes Jason will have the same success that Mark had. I wish they would stop with the free agent market, pick up some draft picks and leave the coaching alone. And as far as coaching, do we really need 20 coaches? What other team has 20 coaches? Thats 1 coach for every 3 players roughly. I didn't know until Sundays game that we have coordinators on both sides of the ball but they are not Al and Greg, oh no, Al and Greg are the assistant head coaches. C'mon, they really are like the Gov. in Washington now. Trim the fat at the top, stop buying high dollar free agents that are not performing, and let the Offense and Defense build on something. I agree with Andy's comments, they down played the pre-season, making statments that the playbook was not opened up, well if you ask me our record is 3-11. It's hard to see what the rookie pool is going to be like in pre-season when most of the roster is full of high dollar players picked up in the free agent pool. | ||
