Washington Redskins
As they say in Vegas, read 'em and weep. The Washington Redskins defense produced 19 sacks all of last season, six interceptions, and 12 turnovers. Sometimes, it seems as if the Baltimore Ravens do that in one game. All this ineptitude made the team's nickname cruelly appropriate -- like their namesake, the Native Americans, the Redskins gave up ...

Just imagine what last season would have been like if the Skins didn't have the "greatest coaching staff" in the history of the game.

yeah..every other team gets to use injuries as an excuse..IE Patriots

I guess the Skins should have been expected to put one of their Coaches out there to stop the run or pass last year

The Redskins problems were out there for all to see before last year and during the pre-season. All I heard from the Washington faithful was "how great the coaching staff was" and "how the Skins were going to unvail this unstoppable offense". They didn't have a pass rusher two years ago and they still don't have one. If they hadn't been able to con the Bears into taking Archuleta off their hands, they'd still be stuck with arguably the worst FA contract in the history of the NFL. Laron Landry is a nice safety and it's a good thing that the Skins have two really good safeties because until they find a pass rush, those safeties are going to have to play their butts off.
