Brooks is one of the all-time greats, but I'm not sure that he has much left in the tank.

I don't know, but I am more than quite sure that he definitely has something left in the tank at this point of his career. I know one thing, former starter Mark Simoneau may be out for the entire 2009 season with a torn triceps. Simoneau also missed the entire 2009 season with an injury. The Saints can truly use the help in their linebacking corps.
