New Orleans Saints
Reggie Bush's talent has emerged only in flashes thus far in his NFL career, like heat lightning. Last Thursday night against Indianapolis, for instance, that talent took the night off. Bush's numbers on behalf of New Orleans in that game were, to be blunt, dreadful. He carried the ball 12 times for 38 yards. He caught four passes for 7 yards, ...

It seems that Bush is trying to prove himself worthy of his advance hype -- which is, of course, impossible. He's not going to turn every play into an ESPN highlight.

That Statement Right there signifies the double standard of writers, journalist and experts. About Hype. Yes HE May Never Live up To The Hype, Because Expectations have Become Unrealistic in this day and age. Here is a player who has only played ONE season, and ONE game in his second year, Yet he has fizzled or has more flash than on the field. Only One Game. Im starting to believe that you guys dont Have a clue about sports at all, when You Conclude that A player has fizzled after ONE game, Its laughable, but I guess I understand you have to write about Something

I'll agree Bush has his ups and downs, but i'm putting him in against Tampa Bay this week. He has the ability to perform well, and one poor week will only spark the fire. But there is the "falling down" for over-hyped players that get everything handed to them. I mean what does he have to work for? Only a few handle the fame and fortune, and still perform. I'm hoping Bush is one of them.
