On Friday, the Seattle Seahawks released WRs Alex Bannister and Jerheme Urban as well as DT Garrett McIntyre. Bannister, who was drafted by Seattle in the fifth-round of the 2001 NFL draft, made the Pro-Bowl in 2003 as a special teams player.
