| I guess you're supposed to have a Seahawk bias but man I want what you're smoking. You guys have no TE to throw to (Pollards like 57), Burleson for the large part has been a huge bust of a signing for you guys, Branch has yet to show he can be the #1 guy (hasn't even eclipsed 1000 yards in a season yet and also shows durability issues), Engrams 34 and played 7 games last year, and what Hackett will do is anyones guess and lastly Hasselbeck has a lot to prove before you just automatically assume he'll be a pro-bowl QB again. Only once has he had a QB Rating over 88.8. Jackson can play 10 games for the 49ers, so long as he's healthy for the playoffs (and they will make the playoffs) the deal was well worth it! Gore, VD, and DJ are three great targets for Smith and he still has Lelie, Battle (similar to Engram), and Hill who I think could be the 2nd best WR out of the draft (CJ #1 of course) | ||

| You didn't just compare Engram with Lelie or Battle did you? I agree Jackson gives you another weapon but, will he be able to help you with how limited his playing time will be? First hand let me tell you, he won't play more than 10 games if that many at all. Also, he was unhappy about his contract do you think he's any happier now? Alex Smith will have a hugh test ahead of him this season without Turner and VD will have to show some of that 1st round talent that he has in order for SF to take the next step. While Seattle may be ageing they did still win the division last season with more games lost to injury than anyone else. This should be a good year if they are fully healthy. SF did beat them twice last season and all that got them was 3rd in the division. | ||

| I would take Engram over D.Jackson and rest of SF receivers combined anyday. Seahawk or not he plays with top notch spirit...SF fans ....eech | ||
