The Steelers signed third-round Bruce Davis, a linebacker from UCLA, and fifth-round selection Dennis Dixon, Oregon's ex-quarterback, the team announced. Medenhall and Sweed will come right into this season and help this Steeler offense be top 5 in the league. Also Dennis Dixon will serve as the third string quarterback but will most likely be groomed into their backup once after Charlie Batch decides to call it quits.
