Clearly, Tennessee is a top 5-10 job in the nation. The athletic department will front the funds despite having to pay Fulmer's buy out and with one year removed from an SEC title berth, there's no reason to think anyone other than a top notch, big name guy will be hired. The roster has talent. This is the best job that will open all season, in my opinion.
