The preseason is in place to let guys like Williams get some playing time to impress their coaches or raise other teams' eyebrows. Yes pre season is very over rated and costs some teams their seasons. I just hope he makes a full recovery.

The problem is the NFL is a buisness and cares too much about their money, and say if they cut the preseason down to 2 games they would probably lose millions. That being said, I don't really care. The NFL is most popular sport in the USA and will continue to make it's money, it's time to do a favor for these players who bring in all of that cash and cut the preseason short.

Yes I agree with both of you guys completely but I dont know what else they can do they get all that $ just for pre season games where the big names dont even play that much.
