| Why doesnt the media seem to understand the Texans. You just proved to me that you know nothing about the Texans. We had 41 sacks last year with a lame duck QB who had a WR lock mode that draws coverage. Then not to mention the prior era which was just flat out horrible. 2 years ago when we had 63 or 68 sacks some number like that i would of aggreed completely with this article. back then they were doing nothing to protect Carr. Since kubiak has come in the line improved dramatically which i didnt see in your article. I didnt see how when we had our starting 5 starters carr had a highest QB rating even for that loser. Now Houston has gotten rid of their problems in Carr, Moulds and D Williams. If schaub would of been our QB last year we probably would of had 30-35 sacks last season which is below the the NFL sacks per 16 game avg of 2.25625 i believe its right at or about that. Houston had a 2.625 a game. We expect Houston to go atleast 8-8 this season maybe 9-7. How can you say houston will go 0-5 when we play weak teams like kansas city without 2 starting o-lineman and a De that is suspended. come on do you really follow the Texans and their opponents. Then week 2 we have Carolina who are the not that strong anymore either. Houston should beat Indianapolis at home... this is my toss up game but we might very well lose this game. Indianapolis lost some very important players and i dont think they will have as dominate of a team as they used to. they will still win the south but not 14-2 maybe 10-6 or 11-5. Houston wont lose to Atlanta with our improved D and Atlantas O-line only had 1 sack less than we did plus Vick is having problems and they are just on the dicline. And week 5 we play my weakest team in Miami. Their O-line gave up 1 less sack then us and they really dont have a very good offense. i just dont understand you guys posting we will go 0-5 maybe 3-2 or 4-1 onto an 8-8 or 9-7 season. | ||

| Evidently, Rick Smith is not the only one who doesn't "get it". 9 and 7???? I might be able to stop laughing sometime next week. "Houston should beat Indianapolis at home...this is my toss up game". Houston should be favored against Tenn, Oakland, and Cleveland. They seem to have the Jags number so maybe they get a game there, but come on, 9 and 7. New starting QB, no WR depth, shaky Oline, and Ahman "I'm so done" Green equals 9 and 7? What color is the sky in your world? | ||

| HAAA HAAAA!!!! This is the best fan comment I've ever read! Houston 9-7?!!! Beat Indianapolis at home?!!! Comments like these are why I love this website. Maybe you didn't watch this minor game last February called the Superbowl. It's where Indianapolis became the best team in the NFL last year, but you're right. The Colts "might" be able to take that dominating team you call the Houston Texans. I'm not even a Colts fan either, but seriously... the Texans? You're talking about the Texans? The Houston Texans? Wow....wow... | ||
