I think having a good TE would be a tremendous benefit to Tarvaris Jackson and the Vikings' offense as a whole. Shiancoe got big $$$ last offseason, and didn't live up to it. Not to say he won't ever produce, but maybe Garrett Mills should get a chance to start.
