Hopefully Rice can help out this Vikings passing game that has been struggling the past few seasons and with there solid defense and the emergence of AP the Vikings look like there one step away from really contending in a not so great NFC North. If not, can they really contend to win the Brett Favre-less NFC North ?

Rice is a decent wide reciever, but he's no Randy Moss. The problem with the Vikings passing attack, is the passer. Jackson isn't good enough to get the Viks into the playoffs.
