I'd add this one:

The opposition. Though the Packers sans Favre may actually be as good as Cheeseheads advertise, the Bears look absolutely woeful and the Lions as far from a threat as usual. Figure the Vikings to go 5-1 within the division.

I agree with this article and with Os. The one thing I don't agree with is that S.I. released there predictions for the season and they have Minnesota winning 13 games.

Minnesota can run and stop the run. The more years you do that, the better your odds of success.
