Bears: Released fullback J.D. Runnels.

Bengals: Signed sixth-round safety Corey Lynch (no length or terms disclosed), third-round defensive tackle Pat Sims (no length or terms disclosed). Released cornerback Blue Adams.

Bills: Signed second-round wide receiver James Hardy (no length or terms disclosed), third-round DE Chris Ellis (no length or terms disclosed) and sixth-round running back Xavier Omon.

Colts: Signed third-round linebacker Philip Wheeler (four-year contract, no terms disclosed), seventh-round offensive lineman Jamey Richard (four-year contract, no terms disclosed). Claimed center Doug Datish from waivers. Released quarterback Josh Betts and OL Mike Elgin.
